Application of new progressive methods of processing of polymer materials, such as processing of polymers by pressure in firm modular condition, allows to receive items with the increased production data and considerably expand sphere of application of the given material.
As a result of the comparative analysis of techno-economic indicators of the new solid-phase technology and traditional engineering procedures of processing of polymer materials, the following quality indicators reached at processing of polymer materials in a solid phase are revealed.
Application of the given technology of material processing allowed to reach the following quality indicators in comparison with the traditional method of processing:
• Increased production data: low technological shrinkage (lower than in moulded items of the similar form and sizes), and accordingly high dimensional accuracy of an item;
• Increased performance attributes: strength properties at various schemes of loading exceed indicators of an initial material from 1,5 - 2,0 times to dozens of times.
Manufacturing of high-strength items of various types and size of building elements is possible.
Work on press-moulds of the customer is possible.
Elaboration of a material formula depending on required properties of an item is possible.
