Thus, by the method of direct pressing driving rollers (runners) of a specially elaborated composite material on the basis of UHMWPE, used in the escalator mechanism moving system, have been produced.
Offered items have a property of unflammability, have higher (in comparison with the applied items produced from fiber reinforced plastic) firmness to abrasion due to low factor of friction ~0,2 (factor of friction of fiber reinforced plastic is ~0,33). The material of items differs with high plasticity in comparison with fiber reinforced plastic (relative lengthening at rupture is to 60 %). Smaller weight of an item (due to smaller density of material) leads to load decrease on a construction on the whole.
